Asking your parent or guardian to send your original game stick, along with a 3" X 5" card hand-printed with your name, address, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and if a minor, your parent's or legal guardian's name and signature, by U.S. mail (Grand Prize winners should send their game sticks via certified mail, return receipt recommended) to: Popsicle Lucky Sticks Game, Dept WS, P.O. Box 49172, Strongsville, OH 44149-0172. Prize claims must be received by 12/31/06. Please make a copy of your game stick as proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt/delivery. HOW TO PLAY: Between approximately 5/1/2006 and 8/30/2006, if you purchase specially marked single serve Popsicle® The Bullet Firecracker Red, White & Blue treat, (while supplies last), and the Popsicle® stick ("game stick") has the message "You Win!" along with a prize description, you win the prize indicated, subject to verification of your game stick and your eligibility and to compliance with the terms of these rules. To receive a game stick without purchasing a specially marked single serve Popsicle® The Bullet Firecracker Red, White & Blue treat (while supplies last), send a hand-printed, self-addressed stamped envelope in a #10 envelope postage paid to: Popsicle® Lucky Sticks Game, Dept. SR, P.O. Box 49172, Strongsville, Ohio 44149-0172. Requests must be received by 9/8/2006 and will be honored while supplies last. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Limit one (1) game stick request per stamped outer envelope. Mechanically produced or computer-generated requests will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Unilever United States, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Campbell Mithun, and each of their respective parents companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others entities associated with the development and/or execution of this game (including but not limited to the development, production or distribution of game materials or prizes), and members of the immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households of any of the above whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited. A minor must have his/her parent's or legal guardian's permission to participate.

TO REDEEM: If your game stick reveals that you are a potential winner, ask your parent or legal guardian to send the original game stick, along with a 3" x 5" card hand-printed with your complete name, address, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and, if a minor, your parent's or legal guardian's name and signature, by U.S. mail (it is suggested that Grand Prize winners should send their game sticks via certified mail, return receipt recommended) to: Popsicle® Lucky Sticks Game, Dept. WS, P.O. Box 49172, Strongsville, Ohio, 44149-0172. You may wish to make a photocopy of your original game stick as proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Your prize claim must be received by 12/31/06. All prize claims are subject to verification. No game stick will be considered a "winner" until the judges confirm that s/he meets the eligibility requirements of these rules, and that s/he has complied with all such rules. Potential Grand Prize winners (or their parent or legal guardians if the winners are minors) will be notified by mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permissible) within 14 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited. All prizes won by minors will be awarded in the minors' behalf to a parent or legal guardian. Prizes will be mailed approximately 6 to 8 weeks following the completed verification process. Game sticks, requests and other materials submitted in connection with this game become exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. All decisions of the Sponsor and judges are final and binding in all matters relating to game.

PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes -Xbox 360™ Bundled Gaming System and a year's supply of Popsicle® ice-based frozen treats! Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $800 each. Year's supply of Popsicle® ice-based frozen treats will be awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) manufacturer's coupons redeemable at a participating supermarket in winner's area (max. value per coupon is $ 5.00). Coupons are subject to certain terms and conditions. Coupons expire 12/31/2007. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are 1: 802,000. Three Thousand (3,000) other assorted prizes which include soccer balls, bobbleheads, and liquid-filled mice. ARV: $7 each. Odds of winning one of these prizes are 1: 1,337. Odds of receiving any prize are approximately 1: 1,334. Total ARV of all available prizes: $25,000. All details of prizes shall be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied by Sponsor. No prize substitutions, transfers or cash alternatives permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All applicable federal, state and local income taxes, and any other expenses and costs associated with use or acceptance of any prize not explicitly stated herein as being provided are winner's sole responsibility. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to a charity or charities selected by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for payment of all income taxes on prizes. Grand Prize winners will be issued IRS Forms 1099 for the stated value of the prize.

CONDITIONS: Game sticks are void and ineligible for a prize if: (i) they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors; or (ii) they were produced in error; or (iii) they are stolen, fraudulent, forged, tampered with, or otherwise altered; or (iv) they were obtained through unauthorized, illegitimate channels. Sponsor, Campbell Mithun, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, prize suppliers, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and/or execution of this game, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties"), are not responsible for: typographical, printing, production, seeding, mechanical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the game, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the production or design of game sticks or any game-related materials; administration of the game, the processing of game stick requests or prize claims, the announcement of the prize winners; inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, damaged or postage due game stick requests, prize claims or mail; or any delays in delivery of any prize. By participating, entrants (or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind that may arise in connection with or resulting from entrant's participation in this game or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any prize claims or game stick requests submitted fraudulently or otherwise not in accordance with these Official Rules. By accepting a prize, each winner (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees that Sponsor and its designees may use winner's name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this game for advertising, trade and publicity purposes in commerce and in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, approval or notice unless otherwise prohibited by law. Liability for game sticks containing printing, production, typographical or other errors is limited to replacement with another game stick, while supplies last. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If technical, printing, seeding, production, mechanical, typographical, human or other errors result in more valid prize claims received than number of prizes offered at either prize level, the total number of prizes listed for that level may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be awarded by random drawing from among all eligible, valid, non-suspect prize claims for that level. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate/cancel the game if technical, printing, production, seeding, human or other errors or problems compromise the integrity of the game. Game sticks not obtained through legitimate channels are void.

DISPUTES: Each participant (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this game, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Wisconsin; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this game, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the game, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin.
